Knowledge Base: Username list incomplete

When you tap the "usernames" button on the compose screen to insert a friend, sometimes not everyone you'd expect will show up in the list. This list is not meant to be comprehensive - in fact - it's quite difficult from a technical perspective to have a comprehensive list of friends and followers (it could require a potentially quite large number of rate limited requests to fill in the list). To mitigate this, Tweetie takes a shortcut - it maintains a list of usernames that it has recently "seen". By "seen", I mean users that have appeared in your timeline or mentions, or that you've explicitly loaded through some other mechanism.
